Amira Motawea is an Egyptian shoe designer, who launched her line, Elia, in 2015. This came as no surprise, as she has always had a supreme love for shoes. Being the non-typical girl she is, Amira's sense of style is highly reflected in her shoe designs. Elia shoes are known for their masculine féminin flair; think Chelsea boots and cut-out brogues. She takes pride in using Egyptian materials and working with Egyptian artisans to create her shoes, and thus being part of the flourishing local fashion industry.
